Question:
How should I use keywords in my landing page?
Answer:
Make sure the keywords you are using are closely related to your niche.
Be sure to use keywords in the filename of your landing page. (i.e. if you are bidding on the word “golf gloves” you should name your landing page “golfgloves.html” This boosts your quality score.
Make sure that the keywords you're t bidding on are included in your heading tags (h1, h2, h3).
Google looks for the presence of keywords and if they are emphasized.
So here are the main places to have your keywords:

The Title of the page.
First paragraph of text.
If there is an image or graphic, it should be named with the keyword in it. For example: 30GB-ipod.jpg.
And the image’s Alt text should also has the keyword in it.
